The spacious and well-decorated rooms provide a comfortable stay, with luxurious bedding and beautiful furniture. The large bathrooms are functional and clean, featuring rainfall showers and jacuzzi tubs for ultimate relaxation. The helpful and attentive staff go above and beyond to cater to guests' needs, providing a pleasant and personalized experience.
The pool could benefit from more regular maintenance to ensure cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we felt like royalty. the staff was attentive, anticipating our every need. the room was adorned with luxurious amenities that made us feel pampered and special. We took advantage of the spa services and felt rejuvenated after our massage and dip in the Jacuzzi. the sun terrace and sun loungers were the perfect spot to soak up some sun. We never wanted to leave this exclusive venue.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the restaurant. While the food was delicious, it took a bit longer than expected to arrive.

We were welcomed like family, offered delicious breakfast pastries and coffee. Very helpful with directions and bookings. Spacious and very nice room with comfortable bed and charming views. Rooftop was a relaxing place with a pool. Central location. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the center of Recoleta, in that beautiful neighborhood, with lots to do within walking distance. The cleanliness was really good, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.
